The facility, which opened in November 2023, is a newly born luxury private villa available for exclusive rental. With a spacious area exceeding 100 square meters, the villa is equipped with luxurious amenities such as a comfortable living room, an open terrace, a natural hot spring outdoor bath, and two bedrooms, providing a luxurious moment in harmony with nature. Furthermore, the villa features a mini kitchen and a washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay for long-term guests and families with children, who can enjoy their time without worries about meals or laundry. On the same premises, there is also the Japanese restaurant "Hotarutei," a renovated traditional farmhouse that is over 170 years old. Guests can savor a luxurious dinner course made with seasonal vegetables and local ingredients from Nagano. Additionally, for guests staying at the villa, there is an exclusive lounge in the restaurant where they can enjoy a welcome drink upon check-in and one complimentary beverage (local juice, wine, etc.) during their stay. Meals can be enjoyed at the traditional farmhouse restaurant, Hotarutei, located on the premises. The restaurant operates from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM for breakfast and from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM for dinner.
