A towel and bathroom amenity set (including a Japanese yukata robe) is placed in each room upon the guest's arrival.

The property's front desk hours are from 09:00 to 18:00.

Please note, the credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation will be charged with applicable cancellation charges in the event of cancellation after the cancellation deadline. Please note that full payment is required upon check-in.

Outside of these hours, emergency staff will be on call. Please use the extension number at the front counter.

Construction work of guest rooms will be carried out from 08:00 to 18:00 from September 16th, 2024 to March 2nd, 2025. And some rooms may be affected by noise.

Exterior wall construction work will be carried out from 09:00 to 17:00 from January 20th, 2025 to April 21st, 2025. And some rooms may be affected by noise.

Power receiving equipment renewal work will be carried out on January 12th, 2025 from 12:00 to 00:00. During this time, there will be a power outage.

Please note that construction work is taking place on the 1st floor and around the front desk from January 22nd to February 21st. During this period, some facilities will be unavailable.
