The calm and beautiful Setouchi coast. A rental house with a beach villa feel right in front of you. Multiple nights are recommended (the longer the consecutive nights, the more people you have, the better the deal). There are 3 units in one building, and 3 groups of guests can book each unit separately. The exclusive area of ​​each unit, including the terrace and balcony, is 111 m2. Each unit has rooms and a BBQ balcony on the first and second floors, all of which are for guests' exclusive use. In front of the living room is a large terrace that leads to the garden. You can enjoy BBQ in the garden (all BBQ equipment is available for free rental). Kayaks and SUPs are available for rental (for a fee) and free lessons are available. You can also fish in the sea right in front of you! The first floor has a 30 m2 (18 tatami mats) living/dining/kitchen area with a view of the sea, one bedroom 10 m2 (6 tatami mats, 2 beds), and a shower, washroom, and toilet room. The second floor has one large bedroom with a view of the sea, 30 m2 (18 tatami mats, 5 beds). The space can accommodate 7 people. There are 3 units next to each other! Each of the 3 units has its own staircase and is a separate maisonette. A total of 7 guests x 3 units = 21 guests can stay in the 3 units. Pets (2 small dogs) are allowed (3000/pet, cash payment required). Pets are allowed to room free in the living/dining/kitchen area on the 1st floor. However, please note that pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please bring your own cage and pee mat.

There are delicious Italian and French restaurants near the villa. On the island, there are a variety of Japanese, Chinese, ramen and Western restaurants. There are also large supermarkets, home improvement stores, drug stores, 100-yen shops and fishing tackle shops. Tourist attractions include old temples and shrines such as Senkoji Park in Onomichi City, and unique shopping streets. On Mukaishima, there is the Innoshima Bridge with its magnificent views, Mt. Takami and Iwashijima with Itsukushima Shrine. There are plenty of things to see and do, such as cycling along the Shimanami Kaido from the Innoshima Bridge, trekking on Mt. Takami and hiking on Iwakojima.
