Casa KitsuneAna is an inn where you can experience satoyama in a modern Japanese modern 100-year-old folk house. The facility name "KitsuneAna" derives from the ancient local place name of this area. You can enjoy meals and drinks at the on-site Cafe. We offer various menus for breakfast and dinner, available for order based on our guests' preferences. After making a reservation for an accommodation plan, we will send you the menu options. There are also workshops to experience satoyama life, so please enjoy it. Only one group can book a stay. You can occupy 2 bedrooms (25m2 total) and also relax in the tatami Japanese-style room, the veranda, and the lounge etc. /We would be delighted if all of our visitors could enjoy meals and various experiences in the Satoyama area, taking advantage of our family business and the local agriculture and forestry. Our family initiated agricultural and forestry practices in this region during the Tensho era (Sengoku period). We established "Nanseki Agriculture and Forestry" during the Showa era. At present, our focus lies on fostering a novel and sustainable way of life, along with nurturing the growth of our family business. The owners, a retired couple, previously held occupations as a university professor and a magazine editor.
