For shuttle service from Haneda. 2 adult 2 child. Need 1 child seat. 4 luggages. Is this OK?

Hello, this is a three-story detached house with no elevator. The first floor has one double bed, the second floor has a living room and kitchen, and the third floor has two double beds.
