Property info

Nianna is part of one of the most glamorous private homes overlooking golf courses and vast ocean vista. The view is breathtaking ~ the deep blue sea to the north and magnificent lush vegetation to the south, both endorsing a great feeling of calm and relaxation. Furnishings are an exquisite combination of Asian antique and tropical colonial. Membership to the Rose Hall Beach Club is included with your stay. There you can enjoy the white sand beach, swimming pool, bar and grill and free WiFi. Nianna Cottage is located beside the main house with it's own private entrance. It features 2 private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The charm of the cottage is the combination of the unobstructed views over the Rose Hall's hills, the transformation of the valley's green view into the blue of the ocean and the beach house feeling the space protrudes. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, AC, WiFi, sufficient closet space and en-suite bathrooms with standing showers. Interiors are made from furniture sourced globally including pieces from Bali, Colombia, USA & Jamaica. Here is the marriage of beauty and comfort. Nianna has repeatedly been featured in international architectural press. If the dogs are bothering you please do let us know, we ask that you strictly do not feed the pets – dogs, birds or fish.

Nianna is located in the private and gated enclave of Spring Farm at Rose Hall. This property features a main house with the cottage and is located in a Cul-de-Sac. It has an electronic gate with remote access. There are a number of very popular dining options ranging from 2-5 minutes away by car, these include The Sugar Mill, Sea Grape Terrace and world famous Scotchies. Mystic India, Pelican Grill, China House, Pier One, Margaritaville, Houseboat Grill, Mystic Thai and Robbie Joseph's Seahorse Grill are a few of the restaurants that are located ten to twenty minutes away by car, and many of them offer free pickup for diners. For delivery, contact the Sun and Fun Jerk Centre at Shoppes of Rose Hall where you can choose from lobster, fish, shrimp and an array of dining choices. If you fancy a round of golf the house lies amongst 3 internationally rated courses - The White Witch, The Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill.
