You will be the only guests in this little paradise. The freedom and privacy of a villa by the sea, the care of an exclusive hotel: daily cleaning, linen, bed-making and generous breakfast included. The "Garden by the Sea" is a prestigious residence overlooking the sea, 100 metres from Maladroxia beach. Its panoramic view allows you to admire the Gulf of Palmas from every point. Relax in the shade of the Mediterranean garden, or cool off in the sea-view swimming pool This is a large, typical Sardinian villa that has just been restored. You will find a large Mediterranean garden of 1300 sqm, swimming pool, solarium, indoor parking, 100 sqm from the shoreline, in a minute you are on the beach. You will be our only guests. The owners, who live on the ground floor, will personally take care of everything: from daily cleaning to the care and maintenance of all outdoor spaces. We offer you a generous breakfast with daily home made bread cake. On request, not included in price, personal chef, cooking & swimming classes. No matter you're a couple or 8 guests, you'll have all the 1st floor at your exclusive disposal, and you'll have access to the pool, garden, veranda, etc. Pets admitted upon request in the garden, lodgess and 1st floor veranda, but not in the apartment.
My family and I take care of this villa by the sea, which we restored with our own hands by green building and feng-shui. We have also made the furniture from solid wood and the 3 double beds do not contain a single nail or screw. It woud have been a different way to trip around the earth and an educational challange for our kids. After visiting several mediterranean islands, 20 years ago We came to Sardina. Since then the question changed from where to go on holiday to when. Years passed. We used to rent a house by the sea on the other side of the Gulf: We sow Maladroxia and this house just in front of, but We had not ever been in Maladroxia! It was an old damaged villa.... I'm a nurse, I can help if needed. My husband, an engineer, takes care of everything, He was also a athlete and one of the best Italian swimming instructors. It's possible to join swimming lessons or to be accompanied swimming along the coast.We do things with love, so you can find a 5 star hotel comfort and the warmth embrace of old italian style.
Maladroxia is a small village 9 km from S. Antioco. It is located on a hill that slopes down towards the beach, overlooked by an ancient nuraghe. A brook, river and a small valley on the right complete this little paradise. In addition to the beach of the same name, it takes 5 minutes on foot to reach the 'vasche' beach or half an hour on an equipped path to the 'Coaquaddus' beach. Many other beaches are within cycling distance. If you like hiking and trekking, you will find many paths just around the corner. A car, a moped or simply a bicycle allows you to reach all the places on the island. In Maladroxia there are bars, kiosks and restaurants (3), but for shopping you have to go to S.Antioco (9 km) where you will find everything you need. The mistral blows gently here and the heat of the sirocco is mitigated by the sea. The seabed slopes gently, so that in front of the beach, for its entire extension, there is a large natural 'pool' with shallow water. On the left side there are hot thermal springs. So, if you have a 'Nordic' spirit like us, you can go swimming all year round. A little paradise. If you like kiting, the wind is just around the corner ...
