Hi, my name is Nicola and what I am renting is my holiday home. I love this place and I'm happy to share it! Let me explain why it is the perfect holiday home! It is located about 10 minutes walk from La Caletta beach; 10 min by car from the town and other beaches (La Bobba, Girin, Geniò, I Guidi, Lucaise, etc). Basically you can choose the beach according to the day and they are all very comfortable to reach! The house is built according to green building, so it maintains a good climate (there is no air conditioning and we have never felt the need for it!). There are mosquito nets in every window and overall it is a spacious and airy house. There are many accessories, here are the most important: washing machine, electric oven, water heater, 1 large fridge +1 small fridge +1 freezer, Lavazza capsule coffee machine, LED TV, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, all dishes, large hob, clothesline, some blankets. It is a house with a magical atmosphere and is very comfortable! You will want to go back every year :-)
