B&B Villa Magnolia is strategically located just 100 meters from the bus stop, and nearby you will find a supermarket, a trattoria, and a pharmacy. Free parking is available right in front of the property, and there is also a designated area for motorcycles and bicycles. We have only two double rooms on the first floor for guests, ensuring maximum privacy. One room has an en-suite bathroom, while the other has an adjacent bathroom exclusively for guest use. In addition to the owners, a very sweet dog and some cats live on the property. Therefore, we do not recommend staying for people with allergies. We are particularly committed to making our guests feel at home. We strive to provide the maximum comfort and make you feel at ease. Furthermore, we are pleased to welcome guests of all nationalities, thanks to our knowledge of English, German, and Spanish.
