Villa Felice, 300sqm, is integrated with the pre-Alpine landscape that surrounds it..We are at 900m. a.s.l. at 6km from town Centre ( last 2km umpaved road) KITCHEN fully stocked; LIVING ROOM with open fireplace, LOUNGE AREA ( 50 MQ ); 3 SPACIOUS BEDROOMS: Simmons comfort King size bed 180x210 (twin 90x210 on request), bed linen . 4 BATHROOM with Shower or tub, courtesy set, hairdryer, towels, LAUNDRY room 24/24 h , inside the building; bicycle room, BALCONIES 13mt. Ethimo-equipped PRIVATE GARDEN and terrace for outdoor eating: all for the exclusive use of our guests! Patio pool - mountain view.
