Cheerful, hospitable and full of energy. That's me, your host and owner of the Villa Alwin Beach Resort: Alwin Boerkamp. You may know me from the television program Ik Vertrek. In 2006 I left with my wife Bionda and 3 sons, Mike, Robbie and Jim, for a new adventure in Italy. I love Italy: the sun, the sea, the charming old villages and of course the delicious food. I am very happy and proud that I have built a fantastic life here together with my family. The Villa Alwin Beach Resort is my passion. Working together with my wife, sons and great team is a joy every day. We are a family business and our team consists mainly of friends and family. This creates a cozy and personal atmosphere. I prefer to be among the guests all day long for a nice chat. I know the area well and have many Italian friends, so I can inform my guests well and possibly offer a helping hand if necessary. I live and work at the Beach Resort. It doesn't get any better than that!

Our resort is a luxurious holiday home focused on luxury and comfort. With the Villa Alwin Beach Resort we meet the wishes of our guests as much as possible. Our resort offers the benefit of many facilities in one place. The resort has a swimming pool, beach bar, football field and playground. The unique thing about the Villa Alwin Beach Resort is its location: directly on the Adriatic Sea. At our Villa Alwin Beach Resort we have 55 very luxurious tents. Our Luxury Tents can rightly be called Luxury and are equipped with all modern conveniences. All our Luxury tents have their own sanitary facilities: a luxury shower, toilet and sink and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. In addition, all our Luxury Tents have air conditioning. Each Luxury Tent has a large private veranda with dining and lounge area. Our Seaview Luxury Tents are located directly on the beach. The Luxury Tents on the Beach are placed in such a way that each tent has a view over the Adriatic Sea. The Luxury Tents in the Village are all free in a green park. From the Village tents you can easily walk to the beach. As if all this were not enough, we offer luxury packages such as a four-poster bed on the beach, beach sheets and golf car service. We understand that you may be concerned about the railway. Especially if you read some nasty reviews. Strange as it may be, but on the entire Adriatic coast from north to south of Italy, the train goes right along the beach. This is also the case with us. The railway is high and safely protected and there is a pedestrian tunnel that connects the two parts of our Resort. The trains pass by regularly, even at night. Of course you hear them, but of course we would never start a Beach Resort here if there would be a lot of nuisance.

Both on the beach and at the pool, luxury (four-frame) beds are waiting for you. Then it is very tempting not to leave the resort for the entire holiday. Nevertheless, it is definitely worth going out in the area. Villa Alwin Beach Resort is located in the pleasant seaside resort of Cupra Marittima, with a beautiful center, nice shops, bars, restaurants and a boulevard. In addition to Cupra, the larger seaside resorts of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Trento are highly recommended. In love with all those picturesque medieval villages? Nearby you will find the villages of Montefiore dell'Aso and Ripatransone. The towns of Ascoli, Piceno and Fermo are also great options for a day trip. Do you prefer to be active? We are happy to advise you on the possibilities for rafting, e-bike tours, boat rental, quad tours and walking tours. Italy is known for its fantastic cuisine. In addition to our own top quality restaurant "Il Braciere on the beach" at the Beach Resort, you will find several very good restaurants in the area such as Cosy hole in Pedaso, Pepe Nero in Cupra Alta, Il Borgo in Campofilone, Papa Sisto in Grottammare Alto and Koko Beach in Cupra Marittima. In short, plenty to do in the area!
