I am a business administration student at the University of Venice and a ski instructor. The neighborhood is very quiet, there are other apartments that are rented to tourists and other houses that are used by locals, but the houses are far from each other to ensure privacy and relaxation. The only noises you will hear most of the time are the numerous birds that live in the trees of the garden and the pine forest. Services such as restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pizzerias and newsagents are just a few minutes away on foot, as is the beach which can be reached in 5-7 minutes on foot or 1-2 minutes by bicycle.
