CLEANING FEE FOR FINAL CLEANING OF THE KITCHEN: In order to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the apartment, please leave the kitchen clean and tidy upon departure. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee OF EURO THIRTYFIVE for the extra cleaning of the kitchen. What is considered a clean kitchen: • All dishes and utensils must be washed and put away. • The stovetop, oven, and microwave must be clean and free of food residue. • The sink must be clean and free of dirty dishes. • The trash cans must be emptied. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon your arrival, you will be required to pay a security deposit of EURO TWOHUNDRED in cash. The security deposit is used to cover any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay. The security deposit will be refunded in full upon departure, subject to inspection of the apartment.
