A young and enterprising team whose main objective is to offer the best hospitality and assistance service to make your stay at our area unforgettable. Our staff is available for any need. Recommend our places of the heart, make Lake Como live at 360°, share our experiences: we are sure that you will fall in love with this wonderful corner of paradise. Imagine getting on a Riva motorboat admiring some of the most beautiful villas in Italy. Take a walk in the romantic alleys of Varenna and Bellagio; taste the Italian "Dolce Vita": Lake Como is this and much more… The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The Valarin residence is unique in its kind for the presence of a wonderful spa, accessible from 2pm to 7pm free of charge. Please pay attention to the swimming pool and spa regulations; pool area restrictions: access to the pool area will be in full compliance with the regulations in force in Italy. Please note that the use of the swimming pool is allowed between 10am and 7pm; Sauna and Turkish bath must be booked at least 3 hours in advance. We kindly ask you not to leave garbage inside the accommodation upon your departure. On request it is possible to have extra cleaning of the apartment during your stay, or an extra linen change (extra charged). Before leaving, our guests are requested to: - start the dishwasher - close windows / shutters - turn off the air conditioning pets not allowed CRIB: eur 20.00 per stay (on request) HIGH CHAIR: eur 20.00 per stay (on request) PETS: eur 50,00 per stay (on request)
