La struttura è situata nel quartiere Montesacro - Espero; il quartiere è davvero strategico in quanto si trova a 4 km dal centro storico di Roma ed è collegato da tutti i mezzi pubblici esistenti (metro/bus/treno). Al contempo è un quartiere con molto verde in quanto è situato nell'ansa dell'Aniene ed è circondato dal parco dell'Aniene.
