The Place is an elegant and innovative guest house, specialized in offering short-term stays for those wishing to spend a holiday and discover the beauties of the city, but also ideal for those who need to travel for work. ONLINE SELF CHECK IN We only provide online self check-in. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to do the check-in, by entering your data and documents. Online check-in must be done at least 1 day before your arrival, expept last minute reservations. ACCESS TO THE APARTMENT Both the door of the building and the door of the room open automatically. Once the check-in has been confirmed, you will receive a new link, at which you will find two buttons for opening the doors and, alternatively the numeric codes for they keypads. ROOM AVAILABILITY You will have access to your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure. The opening of the doors is guaranteed only in this period of time. BREAKFAST Breakfast is not served inside the structure, but at affiliated cafes nearby. The breakfast proposal includes three consummations to choose from: cappuccino, coffee, hot tea or latte macchiato - freshly squeezed juice or organic juice - brioches or toast. The price is 8 euros per person per night. NON-SMOKING FACILITY Inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room, smoking is prohibited. COMMON AREA On the fourth floor, you can freely access a common area, where we provide a microwave and where you can prepare hot drinks offered by us: coffee (which you also will find inside your room) and tea/herbal teas. DAILY CLEANING If you want daily cleaning, with a change of towels, contact us to request it. PETS Pets allowed for a fee upon request and subject to availability.

We are located in via Mantova 2, inside the historic and evocative Palazzo Moncher, in the heart of the historic center of Trento (Limited Traffic Area), which overlooks the two main streets, Oriola and Mantova, a few steps from Piazza Duomo. PARKING We are located in via Mantova 2, inside the Limited Traffic Zone. The closest car parks are: • Autorimessa Europa (1 minute by foot), which is located within the ZTL (limited traffic area) which will manage your license plate for the transit in the ZTL area (before entering the ZTL check opening hours on their website). For daily parking, you will have a discount as we have an agreement with the parking. They also offers secure parking for motorbikes. • Piazza Fiera car park, 5 minutes away by foot. It is located outside the ZTL. You can check the location and rates on their website BICYCLES You can park your bicycles at the Autorimessa Europa (agreed price): they offer secure deposit for bicycles and e-bikes (with the possibility of a free 2-hour recharge).We don't have a dedicated space for bicycles in our building, therefore bikes can't be deposited in the common areas nor in the room reserved.
