Furnished in a functional way for travelers from all over the world, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Free on three sides, the apartment is very bright and enjoys excellent privacy, as well as offering a landscape of both lake and mountains from every room. It is located on the fourth and top floor, which makes it particularly quiet. There is no elevator, but once inside, it is absolutely worth it—you'll fall in love! ;-) All rooms have a FIBER WIFI connection (the fastest in the city), and a NETFLIX subscription is included for some entertainment. In the first room with a LAKE VIEW, you will find a king-size bed (180x200) made of sturdy solid wood with a comfortable 25 cm high mattress, two bedside tables with double drawers equipped with elegant lamps, power outlets, USB ports, USB-C ports. In front, there is a 40” SAMSUNG wall-mounted TV, a storage sideboard in Minimal Style, and a small shoe rack. To complete the room, there is a designer chandelier with adjustable light intensity. The spacious second bedroom with a VIEW OF THE "San Martino" MOUNTAIN and facing a charming bell tower features a double bed with a comfortable 25cm high mattress, two bedside tables equipped with elegant lamps, electrical outlets, USB and USB-C ports, numerous wardrobe spaces, a bench, a full-length mirror, and a large wall-mounted mirror. A harmonious and very bright OPEN-SPACE with a full LAKE VIEW integrates the living area with the kitchen area, combining relaxation and practicality in a single environment. The entertainment area offers a 50” SAMSUNG SMART TV with NETFLIX, a three-seater sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed (204x140) when needed, with an additional memory foam mattress support. There is also a niche created for PC use or simple reading, while on the opposite side, slightly secluded, is a large wall-mounted mirror (220x100).
