The apartments are located inside the Appio factory residence in the heart of the Appio Latino district, a few hundred meters from Piazza Re di Roma and a short distance from the Basilica of San Giovanni. The entrance to the A-Ponte Lungo metro is located a few meters from the Residence and about a two-minute walk away. In ten minutes the metro reaches Piazza di Spagna and a couple of stops after Prati and Vatican City. The Tuscolana station is less than 400 meters or 4/5 minutes on foot and the train that connects the station to Fiumicino airport in about 40 minutes leaves every 15 minutes. In the same charming building as the Residence there is a large supermarket with a delicatessen department offering local cuisine specialties and the famous Roman pizza by the slice
My name is Massimo and I have a past as an export manager for a large winery. I have spent a good part of my life traveling and I know well what the needs of those who travel for tourism or work are. I speak English, French, Spanish and I get by with German. I like to meet my guests in person but when this is not possible my excellent collaborator Evita replaces me with great enthusiasm.
