Enjoy an elegant vacation in this beautiful, brand new downtown apartment! The house is just 300m from the DE ANGELI metro station, on the 5th (top floor) of an elegant building, equipped with a lift and concierge, renovated and finely furnished in May 2023. The property, very bright, welcoming and quiet, accommodates up to 5 people and is rented sanitized, fully-furnished, and complete with all kitchen and laundry equipment. The area is super safe and there are many services in the immediate vicinity: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, car parking.
Fabio was born and raised in Matera (Italy), until his engineering studies and work duties brought him abroad for over 13 years, in 5 different countries. He is based in Milan since 2016, where he works in the management of a Norwegian power company active within the European large-scale solar energy sector. He enjoys meeting new people, sharing stories and familiarizing with other cultures. This is, essentially, the reason why he decided to become a host on Booking and make his brand-new apartment available to guests from all over the world. Fabio loves travelling: so far, he made it to 134 different countries, and still counting... He looks forward to meeting you! He’ll do his very best to make your stay comfortable and help u enjoy this awesome city to the fullest. At Luxury Downtown we strive to offer a 5-star experience. STRATEGIC and SAFE LOCATION Metro station just 4 mins on foot (M1 DE ANGELI, red line, which will take you to the historic city center in less than 5 minutes). Surface transport (tram and bus) less than 1 minute walk. Multiple parking possibilities in the immediate vicinity. Easy access to all the various arteries of the city (ring roads / motorways). The main services and commercial activities are located right under the apartment, on the same street (bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, post office, banks, gym, tobacconist, optician, beautician, hardware store, pharmacy, laundry, cinema, etc.) and with a very short walk you can reach the renowned Via Marghera, Corso Vercelli and Via Ravizza. A short distance away (1-min walk) are both the huge open-air local market in Via Osoppo (every Thursday and Saturday) and a convenient Carrefour supermarket, open 24 hours a day.
