We kindly ask you to let us know at the time of booking your flight number and estimated time of arrival. Check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00, from 20:00 to 22:00 check-in is subject to availability and at an additional cost of euro 25, from 22:00 to 00:00 the price is euro 50. Upon arrival, guests' documents will be taken to send them to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law. The city tax of euro 1,5 per person per night is not included in the price.

Property information

Spacious and bright apartment consisting of living room with sofa,two double bedrooms, bathroom,kitchen overlooking Viale Regina Margherita, air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts that make it suitable for both short and longer stays, thanks to the presence of washing machine and clothesline, fridge and freezer, fully equipped kitchen. It is located on the second floor, the elevator is present from the first floor. It is a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, 2 minutes from the port, the Bastion and Via Manno, the shopping street. Thanks to its central location it is perfect for enjoying a stay to discover Cagliari. Bath towels, bed linen are included and have sanitation certification.

Neighbourhood information

La Marina, a very popular neighborhood near the turistic port, is renowned for its stately palaces on Via Roma whose arcades host outdoor cafes and exclusive shops. The pedestrian area of ​​Via Giuseppe Manno offers independent luxury boutiques and major brand outlets. Throughout the area there are cocktail bars and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious fish dishes or international cuisine. The archaeological area under the Church of S. Eulalia includes a paved road from the 4th century. From the house it is easy to reach the attractions of the city, visit the neighborhoods, reach restaurants and the shopping area comfortably on foot in a few minutes. Inside the neighborhood, parking is reserved for residents, so it will be possible to park outside the walls. We recommend that you look for parking in the Via Roma area which is a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.
