Property info

Independent studio on the 2nd floor, with mezzanine. The accommodation is located in a private house on several levels. The Tower (where the studio is located) has independent access, and can be reached by a normal staircase and a spiral staircase. From the Tower you can appreciate the view of the sea and the church alongside, as well as the garden; and you can spend time relaxing on the solarium that completes it.

Neighborhood info

The village has medieval origins. Its strategic position offers a unique panorama. From the belvedere you can see the sea (up to the coast of Pescara) kissed by the Majella, which flanks the Gran Sasso, until you see the Sibillini Mountains. Everything you see can be reached by car, taking from 5 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours. The varied landscape also holds infinite possibilities for exploration: from outdoor sports activities, by the sea or the mountains, to the varied tastes of meat and fish. The territory is all to be discovered, and the more you stop, the more you can discover new things.
