To collect the keys, we do not use lockboxes with codes, nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometers. Starting a week before your arrival, you will have access to a dedicated concierge (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment or the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon arrival, escort you to the apartment, and remain at your disposal throughout your stay to assist with any needs. At departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and ensure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct chat contact, ensuring fast and personalized assistance. The check-in time for Apa Dom Downtown is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a supplement of 50 E applies. This apartment requires a security deposit of 150 E, which can be paid in cash at check-in or via credit card. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, provided no damage occurs.
