Hi, I'm Cristina, one of the owners of the Residence. I personally welcome the guests of the hotel, describing it and giving all the information necessary to make the guests' holiday as peaceful and joyful as possible.

Property information

Our structure is a complex of several housing units surrounded by a large garden and positions in front of the beautiful scenery of the west coast of the island from which you can admire beautiful sunsets. The houses can be rented by several families of friends, they are disengaged and autonomous. The proximity to the sea of ​​Calasapone, services such as restaurants, market, ATMs and excursions give those extra services to make your holiday more peaceful and unique.

Neighbourhood information

The Island of Sant'Antioco is the third island of Italy for extension of the territory. It can be reached by car thanks to a bridge. It is an island kissed by the sun, good food and good wine, in particular Carignano, a free-range vine. Beautiful beaches and coasts where you can spend rest and fantastic experiences. The seaside resort of Calasapone is located about 10 km from the center of the nearest town that is Sant'Antioco where you will find: museums, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues such as a disco. There is a tourist port from which to take boarding for the island tour. Sant'Antioco is the ancient Sulki, Phoenician-Punic city where you will find ancient vestiges and one of the most beautiful museums of this civilization in the Mediterranean. You can take wonderful walks independently or accompanied by professional guides or by horse or quad. Go swimming with fins and snorkel independently and visit our seabed rich in flora and fauna of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. You can do many activities discovering this pristine corner of paradise.
