Clavis Luxury Apartments has 2 types of apartments: 1) SUPERIOR apartment, located on the first floor, is the top of the range of Clavis Luxury Apartments, an elegant 68 m2 apartment, with private balcony and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. 2) DELUXE Apartment, located on the first floor, is a modern 53 m2 apartment and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Both have a modern design and a unique style, they are the perfect solution for your luxury stay, in all our apartments you will find: kitchen, living room with comfortable sofa bed, double bedroom with king size beds, equipped with topper and bathroom with large shower, bidet, toilet and sink The kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. -They are equipped with smart TV, air conditioning and high speed wi-fi. -We provide each guest with a set of towels and slippers. -The municipality of Chiavenna requires payment of the tourist tax, per person per night (we will send you the link to make payment by credit card). -Self Check-in mode is available, a personal Check-in is not possible, you will be contacted via Whats App and we will ask you to send us your documents/passports and to pay the tourist tax via a link. Once the documents and payment have been received, we will send the videos, access code and useful information for your stay via Whats App. -It is mandatory that one of the guests has Whats App for Self Check-in. -Please read all information before making your reservation. -For bookings of 2 guests who need to sleep in 2 beds, there is a supplement for the use of the sofa bed. -For any additional guests, there is a supplement per person per day. -Dogs are accepted, all other animals are not allowed, their presence must be reported, there is a supplement per day per dog.

- In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and historic shops, allowing you to fully enjoy your holiday without giving up comfort and relaxation. Chiavenna is located at the foot of the Alps bordering Switzerland and not far from the romantic Lake Como. A few kilometers away are the famous Acquafraggia waterfalls which can be reached either by car or on foot/bicycle via the cycle path. Nearby, there are the Marmitte dei Giganti, the botanical archaeological park of Paradiso, the Caurga Museum and the Treasure Museum. It is a few kilometers from Verceia, where you have access to Tracciolino, an interesting destination for trekking and mountain bike enthusiasts. Madesimo can be reached in just 30 minutes, St. Moritz in 50 minutes and Lake Lecco/Como in 30 minutes. Chiavenna, on a gastronomic level, offers many restaurants, Crotti and just 10 minutes by car, a prestigious starred restaurant, the typical local products are the pizzoccheri of Chiavenna, the polenta taragna, the typical bresaola, the prosto biscuits and the fioretto cake. - Clavis Luxury Apartments, has only one private outdoor parking space for a fee. Upon request and availability, it is possible to request parking which is accessible from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. If interested, you must provide us with the license plate number of your car in advance. - Clavis Luxury Apartments has a bike deposit, it is forbidden to bring bicycles/e-bikes/scooters into the apartments and common areas. If you have bicycles with you, you must kindly communicate this at the time of booking. -The Clavis Luxury Apartments are located on the first floor and can be reached by a staircase. There is no lift.
