IDEAL FOR REMOTE WORKERS: unlimited Wi-Fi to work from the apartment. During the breaks you are in the city center and you can take a relaxing walk. IDEAL FOR TOURISTS (COUPLE, SINGLE, FAMILY): you are in the center of the city and you can have a relaxing walk. The property is located in the central area of Casale Monferrato, right in one of the central streets. Thanks to its position, you can get around the city on foot without any problem, reaching every place very easily, from restaurants, to bars, to the station, museums. The structure is excellent for spending short or long periods at the guest's discretion. The restaurant is attic, therefore small, but well furnished. We can provide shopping delvery service (typical products of the area such as Muletta salami, Zanardi stuffed pasta, etc.), car rental, bike rental, Beautician services, laundry, drug delivery, newspapers. The neighborhood is quiet, located in the city center, therefore in a historic area. Well lit and controlled area. Casale Monferrato is a city rich in culture and art: art gallery, museums, library, monuments, churches. It is full of typical restaurants both in the city and in the hills. It has several green areas where you can relax and go for walks in the city. Around the city the beautiful hills to explore on foot, by car or bicycle. Ability to access the equestrian club outside Casale for lessons or walks.
