" CASE PER LE VACANZE “ Autorizzazione Comunale n° 19/2008 Situate in zona panoramicissima e tranquilla, nella frazione di Testaccio del Comune di Barano d’Ischia (Na), in località “Il Capo“ lungo la vecchia strada comunale pedonale che collega la frazione di Testaccio con la spiaggia dei Maronti. Disponiamo di due appartamenti trilocali, da 70 mq. circa, da 2 pax a 6 pax, completamente a vista mare sulla incantevole Baia dei Maronti, con servizi, angolo cottura, solarium e barbecue e piscina, per trascorrere le vacanze in completo relax. La struttura dista dal centro del paese ( fermata autobus ) mt.600, è raggiungibile a piedi o con citycar (tipo Panda) e dispone di posto auto. È previsto il servizio di navetta dal bus alla nostra struttura e viceversa solo per l'arrivo e la partenza.
