The property has two apartments situated in a silent and secure area, surrounded by green, attached to via Cassia. A paradise near everything needed. It is near supermarkets, and restaurants and there is direct bus that can take you to the center, Termini station and the Vatican. The apartments are located on the 1st floor of a two-storey building. Both apartments consists of - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed - living room with a queen size comfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen, - a bathroom and - a beautiful terrace. The BLUE apartment is around 40sqm and it has been fully renovated. The GREEN apartment is around 60sqm and it has been only partially renovated. PLEASE CHECK THE PHOTOS. Both the apartment are equipped with everything needed: sheets, towels, a coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. Each kit contains a set of double bed sheets, 4 pillows, 2 large and 2 small towels and a shower mat to preserve the hgyen. Both kitchen are complete and are always ready to be used. The indoor table, located in the living room, is extendable and is perfect for a fast breakfast as well as for a dinner with friends (since it can accommodate up to 4 people in the blue house and 8 people in the green house. The blue house kitchen is very new, the other is older but nice. We can help to book a driver from and to the airport and train station. For the airport they request 60 euro until 23.00 and 70 euro during the night + 10% for the credit card. It is not a service I offer, I solo facilitate the contact. There are three buses that take to the center: 223 to termini, 201 to the centre and 301 to the Vatican. It is possible to reach the airport Fiumicino by the train.
