The Plemmirio area, within which the apartment is located, was established as a Marine Protected Area in 2005. Various naturalistic itineraries wind along the 15 km of coast to be covered on foot or by bicycle, indicated by special tourist signs. A few minutes you can reach the various accesses to the sea, Cala Zaffiro, Lido Varco 23 and by car a few km away the wonderful beaches with crystal clear water Arenella, Fontane Bianche, San Lorenzo, Calamosche and the famous wildlife oasis of Vendicari. At 300 meters you will find a minimarket, bar, tobacconist, newsagent and pizzeria. Bus stop to and from central Syracuse: Line 23. The center of Syracuse is 12 km away, while the nearest airport is Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, 60 km away.
