Once our family ancestal home, in recent years it has been transformed into a charming Beach House, a short walk from the hamlet of Ischia Ponte, with stunning views over the bay, the Aragonese Castle and nearby islands. Fully equipped with all modern comfort, air conditioning/heating and wi-fi it’s your perfect home-away-from-home retreat. Accessed directly from the beachfront pathway, this residence exudes an authentic coastal charm. Inside, an open-plan design features a mezzanine dedicated to the bedroom and bathroom/shower area. The bright living room with sea view and a dining area seating up to 6 people blends practicality with comfort, while the sofa bed and TV area invite to relaxation. However, the highlight of this home is the cosy and fully equipped kitchen: with a breakfast table and a breathtaking 180-degree panoramic view of the bay. This is an enchanting place where everything continuously evolves, inviting you to immerse yourself in a unique experience. The mezzanine floor has a balcony rail approx 70cm high for protection, however this property is not suitable for children under the age of 8 years old.

My name is Peppino, I was born in Ischia and during my carreer in hospitality over the years I have managed quality hotels and catering businesses in the UK, Italy, Belgium and Morocco. This property has been my family home for several decades and whilst I now live mostly in London I do return often to Ischia.
