This charming house in the best possible location, offers comfort and convenience. It features hardwood floors throughout, creating a warm and inviting ambiance, perfectly accommodating a family or a group of friends. Each room is designed for comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring. Within walking distance of grocery stores, a local bakery and downtown Keflavik. Sleeps up to 6 with 3 beds and a sleeper sofa.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to most things. You can walk to a bakery, grocery stores and downtown. There are also many sights within a 30 minute drive. In the center of the neighborhood there is a playground. In the middle of each street there are walkways to get between the streets. If you go to the top of the street, there is a walkway that leads to a grocery store and bakery in one direction and the football hall, grocery store, fish store and liquor store in the other direction. If you go down the street you will reach downtown. The house is also a short distance from the main road. The house has a driveway that will accommodate a couple of cars. In addition street parking is plentiful and free. Walking and having your own car is by far the easiest way to get around.
