Company information

Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property information

Our apartment has 4 bedrooms, Master bedroom has King Size bed (180x200cm), second bedroom has Bunk Bed for 3 people, double bed (140x200cm) in the lower level and single bed (90x200cm) in the upper level. Third and fourth bedrooms have single beds (90x200cm). The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. The apartment is on the ground floor in the building. Our living room is spacious with nice sitting area. From the living room you can enter our wooden patio / garden, with BBQ grill.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is located in new popular neighborhood in Kópavogur, only 1.2 km walk to Sky Lagoon. Grocery store Krambúðin is close by, also Bakery Brikk. Swimming pool Kópavogslaug is also not far. Reykjavik downtown is only 5 km drive away.
