Vertu velkominn í fallega íbúð í rólegu hverfi, 170 Seltjarnarnes. Nálægt miðbæ Reykjavíkur. Sundlaug, bakarí, ísbúð, kaffihús, jarðhitasundlaug, golfvöllur, Gróttuviti og matvöruverlsun í nokkurra mínútna fjarlægð. Norðurljósin sjást jafnvel. Næg gjaldfrjáls bílastæði. Íbúðin (75m2) er nýleg, með sérinngangi á 1. hæð (ground floor). Eitt svefnherbergi með 180 cm nýju rúmi og hágæða svefnsófi fyrir tvo í stofunni (160cm). Strætisvagnastöð 1-2 mín frá íbúðinni.
Ég heiti Soffía og er gestgjafinn. Við fjölskyldan höfum búið á Seltjarnarnesi í 24 ár, en þar búum við eiginmaður minn ásamt þremur börnum okkar, 18 ára tvíburum og 20 ára dóttur. Ég er menntaður grunnskólakennari og hef kennt börnum og unglingum í um 25 ár, ég elska að kenna. Ég hef áhuga á að kynnast fólki frá öðrum löndum og ólíkum menningarheimum, en við hjónin eigum nokkrar íbúðir sem við höfum leigt út sl 10 ár en það eru m.a. íbúðir þar sem íbúar deila eldhúsi og baðherbergi. Ég nýt þess að ferðast um Ísland og erlendis sem ég geri mikið af. Áhugamál min eru golf, ferðalög, hjólreiðar og vera með fjölskyldu og vinum.
Seltjarnarnes, Ísland. Íbúðin er staðsett í nýlegu fjölbýlishúsi á Seltjarnarnesi í úthverfi Reykjavíkur, ath það eru 2km í miðbæ Reykjavíkur. Fallegar göngurleiðir í nágrenninu, sjávarsíðan og fuglalíf. Kyrrð og ró. Einn minn uppáhalds veitingastaður er á Seltjarnarnesi nálægt Gróttuvitanum, Ráðagerði. Næg ókeypis bílastæði fyrir framan húsið. Strætisvagnastöð í 1-2 mín fjarlægð. Strætó nr 11 og 13 i miðbæ Reykjavíkur (Hallgrímskirkja).
