Situated in the small coastal town of Gardur, this guesthouse is only 10 minutes’ drive from Keflavík International Airport. Free WiFi is available. All apartments and cottages at Guesthouse Gardur feature satellite TV and a modern kitchen. All have light and airy décor, as well as a bathroom with shower. The Atlantic coastline is 100 metres away. Within 5 minutes’ walk is a lighthouse, where guests can enjoy meals, sunsets and maybe even the Northern Lights. Reykjavík city centre and the Route 1 Ring Road are within 60 km.

We love this beautiful, quiet, and safe town, and we’re grateful to be raising our family here. Garður Apartments is more than just a business for us—it’s a passion. We started this journey in 2020, with a dream of becoming independent, creating a home for our family, and providing a warm and welcoming place for travelers. When we got the opportunity to take over this property, we saw its potential and poured our hearts into renovating and improving it ourselves.
