Our village Theme restaurant - The Native Kitchen at the location serves Indian and Chinese cuisine. Local food can also be ordered.

We are carbon neutral. We have planted more than we have consumed. Most of the items are recycled to reduce carbon footprint and make it sustainable. Relax in the sun, play Pool for free, Feel the freshness of air and river. Tweeting birds make it a perfect getaway location for peace seekers, creators and artists. We are a simple home, not a resort, we concentrate more on hygiene and health. We request our guest who love to live in nature to visit. Please do not book if you are looking for cheap place to drink alcohol with friends . Personal Alcohol, if any, should be **decently** consumed within private areas only. Excessive Alcohol consumption is strongly discouraged and any nuisance caused may result action by authorities if any complaints received from neighbouring village. If booking for a party special terms and conditions apply contact host for details. . Wifi @ 100mbps is free. Power back of house is through inverter(5-6hrs average). Water level in Nimmi river river has altered due to climate change, something for which each one of is responsible and during extreme summers sometimes it runs dry. Best flow is from August to December (But may vary depending upon environmental factors). The property is located in beautiful surroundings and looks beautiful even when the RIver runs dry in summers. (check with host for present level) 1. Standard Villa is old property completely Private with no one sharing the property, Basic like a home. 2. Superior Villa is Luxurious new property, Ground floor has swimming Pool and a pool table common for both properties. Has Ground (common area), 1st and 2nd floor are totally private. 3. Two bedroom villa is 1st floor of superior villa (split for booking). Full 1st floor is private. Has a full kitchen
