We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.

In order to keep our accommodation costs as affordable as possible for all guests, we have adopted a pay-as-you-go system for certain amenities, such as locks, bath kits, and towels. By offering these items on a chargeable basis, we can maintain lower base prices for our rooms, making our hostel accessible to budget-conscious travellers. We understand that different travellers have different preferences and requirements, so we aim to provide flexibility in our offerings.

In case the traveller arrives earlier than the check-in time, the guest can hang out in the common area or café until the check-in time.

The hostel's unbox café is vegetarian and we promote self-service only.

The café operates only for limited hours.

Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behaviour that disrupts the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of others.

Please note that pets are only allowed in private rooms, and not in dorm rooms.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
