Hi, I need clarification on below please: When guests come in to check in to the Hotel, are the rooms ready for guests BEFORE the check in time that is 2PM ? I'd like to get done with the check in by 1.45 PM and be ready. We do NOT want to wait at reception for the rooms to be cleaned & be ready?
