A cosy well maintained farm house having a bedroom one ventilated hall with a TV & sofas, one dining hall(shared),2 toilets, one bathroom with shower and a traditional copper pot for a healthy hot water bath. A table & a chair a big airy veranda facing the garden. adjacent to it toilets, changing room, a shower room etc. there also is a well kept farm having many fruit trees, vegetable and flower plants giving a cool and green atmosphere. The ground can be used for a evening stroll, jogging, small open air gatherings and to relax late in the evening. It can also be used for the treatment of any physical ailments, orthopedic or handicap treatments because adjacent to the ground. This home is surrounded by the greenery and natural coolness. also a family room (shared)TV and home theatre. For the kids there is enough open area to play, dart boards, a big ground having a badminton court, a small park, etc.

This is a peaceful Countryside. The city of Mangalore is 18 km away having all the facilities like colleges & Universities in specialized studies, multi-speciality hospitals, beautiful beaches only 15 km away . Mangalore is also famous for old churches & temples. Mangalore airport is only 3 km away from my town , Bajpe. In festive season one can see, study or even partake in different forms of worshipping, cultural shows traditional sports such as bull racing, cock fighting, sports and competitions held in muddy fields during the rains. This place is also famous for its gothic Play called yakshagana performed throughout the night with songs and dance and a form of worshipping called kola(seasonal) which is performed by mass hypnotism.
