It is hillock-ed area and the plantation is filled with trees , trees of spices and fruits. It is located only 5 K m from Thekkady or Peryar wild life Sanctuary. The house is a traditional Kerala village house made of rocks and woods 40 years back.. Gusts can use private stout , living room and bed room and the property is 4 acre so that gusts can have many activities in the compound. They can have fishing from the pool , camp fire and play in the compound. The family lives in the house so gusts can socialize with them and they all are ready to render excellent service. The family is highly welcoming.
I am Joykutty Philip , I live with my wife and two sons. Children are students. we do farming in addition to our profession as teachers.
Periyar Tiger reserve is just 6 Km from our home. There are many view points close to our house. Gusts can have boating at Thekkady lake. Our home is at the middle of spice plantation. you can have spice plantation visit. You can have trucking and Jeep safari.
