Please note that arrival or departure flight from Terminal 2 is mandatory to access the hotel as per airport security rules and regulation. Accurate flight details are mandatory, failing which hotel cannot guarantee the reservation.

Please note that passengers entering Terminal 2 from Mumbai city can access the hotel 24 hours prior to the flight departure.

As we are inside terminal building and sue to security reasons, guests/ visitors are not allowed in hotel but you can visit them at outside hotel
