If you are here during the season we invite you to take part in harvesting fruits from our mango, jackfruit, banana & papaya trees, then enjoying the fruits of your labor. Also, we are just steps away from the Kallada river including an access point great for taking pictures of the sunset and water gazing meditations. The birds will sing sweet songs to your in the morning while you enjoy your morning coffee under the covered patio that is attached directly to your villa. Welcome to Villagio Munroe! I'm Appu (Sreekanth) and with the support of my parents, have been hosting since 2017 after transitioning out of IT. I enjoy being in the hospitality industry immensely. Munroe Island is a village and locals are friendly and relaxed. We are located steps away from the Kallada River and 2km / 1.25mi from the Ashtamudi Lake. There are several shops around the corner where you can shop for necessities and up the street you can rent bikes, use ATM, and enjoy food at a nearby restaurant.
