General Details:

 Please present the original photo ID & address proof of all the staying guests above 5 years at the time of check-in.

 Check in time: 2 pm, Check out time: 11 am (early check-in & late check-out is chargeable & subject to availability )

 Only registered guests have access to the room, No Visitors are allowed inside the rooms for any reason what so ever

 Outside food not allowed inside the resort premises.

 Smoking inside the rooms & food/ blood strains on the fabrics will attract a penalty of Rs 3,000

 Room Cleaning - we request you to kindly handover the room keys at reception.

 Cancelation must be made 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, failing which full amount will be forfeited

 As this place is surrounded by nature vegetation & plants, kindly keep the Doors closed to avoid mosquitoes & insects

 Kindly Switch OFF the swimming pool area lights when you are not using to avoid Insects

 Kids Charge: 7 to 11 Yrs- Rs. 2500 + Tax, 12 & above - 2999 + tax

 Charges will be levied for any breakage/ loss of items in the premises

 Please do not Jump or Dove as the pool height is only 4 feet.

 To enjoy the stay, Guests are requested to take utmost care by themselves in the private swimming pool & ladder as no life guard will be available. “Hotel Management or its Staffs won’t be responsible for any careless issues inside the room

 To serve you tasty & healthy food, we avoid Frozen food items & make Fresh food after your order only. We take minimum 1 hr time to prepare fresh food for you.

Swimming Pool Safety Rules

The Following rules & regulations have been established for the benefit of all users of the Swimming pool to assure the safe operation of the pools & to provide enjoyable recreational opportunities for all. Patrons are requested to cooperate in following these rules. Patrons violating these rules are subject to Danger at their own risk & hotel staff or management will not be responsible in any manner what so ever be the reason.

 Shower With Soap & Water before entering the Pool.

 Please do not Jump or Dove as the pool height is only 4 feet.

 People under the influence of Alcohol or medications are strictly prohibited to enter the Pool area.

 Pregnant women & Elderly people to be cautious & should consult Doctors before using the Pool.

 Person with Heart Disease, Diabetes, Blood Pressure, or any serious illness should consult Doctors before using the Pool.

 People allergic to Chlorine, Skin disease, respiratory infection or wounds are advised to care themselves.

 Always Supervise Children when they're in the Water.

 Don't Play Breath-Holding Games, Running or any type of games in the pool area.

 Kids to Wear Life Vest always.

 Stay Away from Pool Drains

 Please ensure no food particles are spilled in the water.

 Please do not use soap or Shampoo inside the Pool

 Always use the latch/ Tower bolt to lock the swimming pool access door from inside the room to avoid kids using the swimming pool without your attention.

 Do not use the pool beyond 9 pm

Guests are requested to take utmost care by themselves. Since it’s a private swimming pool no life guard will be available. Hotel Management or its Staffs won’t be responsible for any accidents in the pool area.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Conch Resort Luxury Private Pool Suites of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
