A house in middle of the city but at a very peaceful area. Railway station takes 10 mins walking time and airport is just 22 kms from the property. Also the busses plying to IIT Ghy leaves from a very near by location. NO PARTIES allowed. It's a property out to help the travel community with the basic requirements for a stay at a comfortable price and without compromising the location. The Aim is to host travelers and people for longer period at ease. Nothing Fancy but SUPER CLEAN. Thank You
A house in middle of the city but at a very peaceful area. It's just 3-5mins walking from the bank of Mighty Brahmaputra River. As positioned exactly in the center point any location from my place to the corner of the city would take 30-45 mins without traffic. Railway station takes 10 mins walking time and airport is just 22 kms from the property. Places like Assam State Museum, District Library, Dighalipukhuri Park are just 5 mins walking. Prestigious colleges like Cotton University, Handique Girls College and B booroah Colleges are within 2kms. Umananda Ghat or peacock island is a 7-10 min drive after which you need to take a Boat/Ferry. Best cafes in town are just a small walk from my place. Few of them are Corner Cafe, 11th Avenue. And for the best momos Momo ghar Guwahati, the oldest in town is too in a 5min walk. Also the busses plying to IIT Ghy leaves from a very near by location NO PARTIES allowed The nearest Landmark is Ugratara Temple which is 2mins walking from the property. people coming in by trains canntake a easy walk for 10mins to reach the property.
