Located in a peaceful and beautiful location in Haifa, Bat-Galim, right by the beach (30m), with a magical sea view from the window. Walking distance from Bat Galim Train Station, Rambam Hospital. Short driving distance from Haifa's Downtown. TV + Netflix & free WiFi in the place. ** The apartment is near a construction area, occasionally, construction works start at about 7:00AM during the week and might cause noise, due to this, the general price is reduced. ** In these difficult days, due to the security situation, it is important for me to point out that the apartment has no safe room, there is an open shelter in the front building. I wish us all calmer days! ממוקמת במיקום שקט ויפיפה בחיפה, שכונת בת-גלים, ממש על שפת הים (30 מ'), עם נוף ים קסום מהחלון. מרחק הליכה מתחנת רכבת בת גלים, בית חולים רמב"ם, מרחק נסיעה קצר מהעיר התחתית. טלוויזיה + נטפליקס ואינטרנט אלחוטי חינם. ** הדירה נמצאת ליד איזור בניה ולעיתים עבודות בניה מתחילות באיזור השעה 7:00 בבוקר ויכולות לגרום לרעש, לכן המחיר הכללי מופחת. ** בימים לא פשוטים אלה, בעקבות המצב הבטחוני, חשוב לי לציין שבדירה אין ממד, ישנו מקלט פתוח בבניין ממול. אני מאחלת לכולנו ימים רגועים יותר!
