NOGA neighborhood is located right on the border line between Jaffa to Tel Aviv. It incorporates in its vibe the Tel Aviv urban upscale chic with the Jaffa authenticity and grunge. Around this small neighborhood you will find local cafes, restaurant, bars and shops. Noga is located just a few steps from the lovely Mediterranean beach. If you proceed along the beach you will find and the lovely Jaffa port which is full of local artists, galleries, fish restaurants and attractions. At summer time the port hosts live music concerts. From the port you can walk up to the old Jaffa alleyways and experience the ancient history of the old city.
