Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is after 20:00. Please note that as decided by the government, only people who have a green passport / have healed from COVID-19 will be able to stay at hotels. Children will only be able to join their parents by showing a negative test result taken 48 hours prior to their arrival to the hotel. The business lounge is closed on Yom Kippur. In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health regarding Covid19, adults and children over 3 years old are required to present one of the following certificates: Certificate of recovery / certificate of vaccination / Results of a negative corona test performed by 72 hours before the time of accommodation or alternatively a quick test performed within 24 hours before the time of accommodation. Children up to the age of 3 - are not required to present certificates.
On Shabbats and Jewish holidays, you can check in one hour after the Shabbat/holiday ends
