Our company was founded in 2012 and started with one house and has grown to have a large selection of 2/3/4 bedroom self catering houses and apartment uniquely located in Carrick on shannon .Philip the owner has worked in the hospitality industry all over the world and his main aim is to offer his guests a very personal touch and wants all his guests to feel at home in his accommodation and experience all that Leitrim and its surrounding area has to offer from slow adventure on the waterways to local gastro food dining experience.

Our selection of waterfront self catering houses and apartments are uniquely located in the heart of Carrick on Shannon overlooking the river shannon but also give guests a great sense of privacy and security as they are surrounded by mature trees. On your doorstep you can go for a stroll along the waterfront and bridge area and take in all that Carrick on Shannon has to offer or your can relax in our beautifully mature town park and watch the boats go by.The accommodation is ideally suited for families or if you are working in the area or you are a large group and need a couple of houses beside each other. The houses offer either a private patio area at the back or a balcony directly looking over the water and are all fine out to a modern standard offering quality furnishings . But when you arrive you will be greeted with a warm smile and best advice on things to do in the area.
