Rivers Bend Cottage has been modernized to very high standards by the owners but still managed to keep the traditional charm. It has a spacious open kitchen/dining and living room area with underfloor heating throughout, which makes it very cosy for an Irish summer or winter break. The house will transport you into a calm holiday atmosphere. The house is well-equipped and stocked with the essentials you will need so there's no need to pack the kitchen sink.
The design, build and management of Rivers Bend Cottage is a labour of love for my husband, Hughie and I. Hughie, an experienced carpenter, used his knowledge in the building trade to build this home and nothing was spared. The management of the property is all done by ourselves and even the children are roped in to lend a hand with the changeover!! We like a little luxury ourselves when we go away for a break or holiday so we understand what you want for your break away.
Nature in all it's spring glory surrounds this house, open the windows to the sound of a nearby river gushing, and birds singing with stunning scenery at every turn. Holiday makers have used such words as 'magical' and '5 star'. We love it and we hope you do too!
