Property layout – Ground floor: Large country-style kitchen with dining area sitting 8 people Bright living room with an open fire and TV (terrestrial channels only) Utility Room Property layout – First floor: Bedroom 1: double sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: double sleeping 2 Family bathroom with freestanding shower, hand basin and WC WIFI provided. Parking available. The enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ is available. Towels provided. Highchair is available upon request. Welcome basket (please see the gallery for an example) is provided for all guests. Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is 10 euro per day all year around.
