Welcome to number 19 Heytesbury Street, This charming 4 bedroomed red-brick Victorian house located just off South Circular Road. The property was recently extensively renovated and is tastefully presented throughout with light filled rooms of good proportions. Underfloor heating throughout. Its blend of period charm and contemporary living in a central location. Guest accommodation consists of 3 spacious double bedrooms, All of which have en-suite shower rooms. The kitchen is available for guests to use, Just be respectful to others and please keep it tidy. You're welcome to use any public space in the house, and to dine either upstairs with more privacy or downstairs by the kitchen. For your peace and the peace of others, I ask to please try and refrain from noise between 11pm and 7.30am, If you have any questions, please ask, Kindest regards, Martin

Heytesbury Street is superbly located on the verge of Portobello and the city center, With all social and essential amenities on its doorstep to include the many trendy eateries, food stores and coffee houses as well as the nearby Camden Quarter. Both St Stephens Green and Grafton Street are within a gentle stroll. Transport options to include the Luas at nearby Harcourt Street and bus routes are close by as are the Dublin Bike stations at Grantham Street and Portobello. Buses go from the airport to Camden Street which is a 4/5 minute walk, Mainly the number “16” bus, but there are others such as the Dublin Express “Route 784”.
