This 4-star hotel has a Championship golf course and is 5 miles from Athlone. All newly reformed rooms at the Glasson Lakehouse have free Wi-Fi, TVs and a room service menu. Deluxe rooms and suites have walk-in showers and baths. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menu is available in the Bonnie's Restaurant.. The Lakeside Bar has a bar menu, excellent Guinness. Guests have free use of the well-equipped Power Gym, sauna and steam room. . For countryside walks, the Portlick Forest is nearby. The hotel is on the Main Shannon Waterway, making it accessible by boat. From junction 10 of the M6 motorway, the hotel is a 10-minute drive. Free parking is available.
